Great book, finish it in 4-5 days. Met my expectations, was everything i thought the book would be based on reading others review. It's about a guy named Roger who's sick from aids, turns to an old friend for help and while recovering he falls in love with a women. It gives folks that are sick hope that they to can get help it's all about just going to the right place right person which can also be done by eating a right diet. Great read recommend for anyone any age, will not disappoint.

This was a very good and well done documentary of how the body has the ability to heal itself when given the correct nutrition.I often recommend this book.
This is an interesting story of one man's recovery from aids. Basically this guy Roger Cochran MD totally recovered from being at the brink of death with AIDS by doing a juice fast, stopping taking all drugs and coffee and going on a vegetarian raw diet and a couple of other lifestyle changes including falling in love.When this story happened they didn't have the same advanced testing that they now have for aids and hiv so i kind of question weather he had it at all. I don't have any question that switching to a non toxic live style can heal many things possibly even aids but I am not convinced. Also long term diets like he described don't work for most people in my opinion. This is based on my own experience and from meeting patience of a friend of mine who owns a world renowned fasting clinic.
