Great pocket planner with large enough calendar boxes to write in appointments. It also has a section on the side for every month where you can write notes. I am looking forward to using this in 2019 and am very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this pocket calendar for tracking my work schedule. I'm employed at a college dining hall and love the food theme. Pages are thick with a coating that makes it durable to carry in my purse all year long. The coating allows writing without smudges. This is my second calendar and will order another for 2020.

I buy one of these every year in November. I love the purse-size, the graphics are crisp and the construction is durable. It always makes me makes me smile.

I like to write my appointments down .... not type it into my phone with little keys and a little screen... and I just use highliters to mark down weekly standing appointments.. I love my old school calendar. Had this brand in 2018 and looked for 2019 because it worked very well for me.

I recently visited Nigeria for the first time. Business trip. This is not a guide book in any traditional sense but an overview of Nigerian history and customs. It certainly helped me to navigate the culture and to avoid faux pas (I think).

Well written book telling of culture, geography and historical information of Nigeria. Well researched. Well written.

This is not the first time I have purchased a book from this series. I have used one on Sweden as well as others. This one on Nigeria is accurate and straightforward. This is a country with a poor reputation for dishonesty, greed, and corruption yet the author addresses these subjects head on and does not duck the issues. I appreciated the honesty and have scheduled a trip to see a friend there in the next 6 months. I am hoping for a success.

This is more about how to get along if you're staying in Nigeria a long time rather than if you're visiting. But it's still an interesting book. I didn't need it though, because I was just visiting Nigeria.

All the information in this book was "spot on". I used it before traveling to Jos, Nigeria to visit missionary friends who had been living there for 4 years. They verified and reinforced everything in the book. I have recommended it to them and others.

The overall style is colorful and very girl-oriented, but not at the expense of a lot of information for those interested in knowing as much about the yoga poses as possible.Each card covers just about everything you would want to know about a pose: tips on doing the pose correctly, how long to hold it, where to focus your gaze, other poses that transition well, and counterposes. Each card also has quotes from famous people as well as inspirations from the author. Though it may seem like a lot of information for one card, the layout is well organized and user-friendly.The deck is organized by categories such as Warm Up, Work in, Wind Down, and Yoga to Go. The Yoga to Go section has sequences to try and poses to consider when stressed, tired, or suffering from certain ailments like headaches.While the poses are the same as the ones covered in the book (the same photographs) there is more information about each individual pose on the cards. Craig Attebery is a native southern Californian. He graduated from ArtCenter College of Design, USA, in 1980, receiving a BFA with Honors. He then completed his MFA studies at Otis/Parsons Art Institute, USA, in 1984. Craig has worked as a freelance illustrator for advertising agencies, science books, and the entertainment industry, as well as creating conceptual art for JPL/NASA and the aerospace industry. Craig’s illustrations have appeared in many publications including Newsweek and Time magazines. In addition to his commercial work, he has participated in exhibitions at galleries and museums throughout the country and internationally, including the Fry Museum (Seattle, WA), the Arnot Museum (Elmira, NY), the Art Museum of South Texas (Corpus Christi, TX), and the Oceanside Museum (Oceanside, CA).
