I got a great summary of the Mediterranean Diet and 20+ excellent recipes! Still, I eat delicious foods and maintain a healthy weight at the same time. This cookbook contains fantastic recipes composed. Honestly, I've learned lost of tips for a successful Mediterranean diet and I think I'll enjoy this diet program at a long distance.

This book was perfect for me! it is easy to read in one sitting to get Mediterranean Diet Cookbook! These recipes are very flavorful and the reviews on the best brands for items like sardines and anchovies are very helpful. Some of the meals, especially the bean section, are economical. The others are worth the price. Finally, many recipes are gluten free as written, and many of the others can easily be adjusted. I feel better when I eat in this genre. Thank you,

I love the larger font size of the print and the small separated paragraphs which make it an easy read. I tend to get bored when reading books and this kept my attention. It give a few recipes but you will want to order another book of recipes to complete the transition to this diet.

The premise really gets us to think about the assumptions we make about the people in our everyday lives, and everything we oversimplify and overlook in the every day.The message of forgiving, healing from grief, and compassion for others is compelling. The characters who seem like “background characters” on the periphery of Tegan’s life rise to the forefront as complicated, real people. It provides a powerful reminder that life is precious and our attention to even the people we know briefly is critical. A fast-paced read that really invites conversation about captivating, complex questions and ideas.

I wasn't sure about this when I started it; I'd heard good things, but the blurb didn't really grab me. I was dead wrong, no pun intended. This is a great, quick read about a girl who drags herself out of grief by sheer force of will. The romance is, of course, just about insta-love, but it wasn't too grating on this one.A very enjoyable read, and I'll be looking out for more by the author.Receiving an ARC did not alter my review in any way.

My daughter gave me this as a Valentine's day present and I read it in two sittings. What a nice blend of magical realism, dealing with grief, teen romance, getting back on your horse and how the power of love outlasts the human condition. All in all a terrific and extremely satisfying read.

Living in Washington, DC, this book is so fun to read as you follow Tegan through the city as she goes from place to place in her efforts to save people. From chapter to chapter the tension builds but this teenager stays focused and is an inspiration her father would be proud of. I found I couldn't fall asleep at night because I wanted to keep reading! It's a great read for adults but, most importantly, a great book for parents to give to their teen kids.

Teagan is having a hard time coping after her dads untimely death until she starts seeing the names of people appear in random places that are going to pass away that same day. Will Teagan be able to save them all and is this a message from behind the grave from her dad??Look closer had me flipping the pages and I had a hard time putting it down as I kept wanting to know where Teagan would see the next name of who was going to die and if she could beat the clock and save them or if they would suffer the same fate as Edge’s friend.I felt that Stewart Lewis really had a fresh idea for a young adult novel and that he hit on a ton of emotions that really drove this book home for me. It was powerful and made you think and had me questioning what I would do if put in a similar situation would I be brave enough to interject with fate?If your a fan of young adult or not I think this is a story that could be enjoyed by both teens and adults alike.
